1. Our commitment
Our goal is to provide an equitable, respectful and as independent an experience as reasonably possible. The support website was designed with reference to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The app also uses built-in iOS accessibility capabilities and Apple interface guidance.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and improve the service when a barrier is identified or when the platform and content change.
2. Website accessibility measures
- Correct document language and reading direction for each localized page.
- Semantic header, navigation, main-content and footer regions.
- A “Skip to main content” link that becomes visible on focus.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus and comfortably sized interaction targets.
- Consistent heading hierarchy, descriptive links and content that does not depend on color alone.
- Colors designed for AA contrast, text zoom, Dark Mode and increased-contrast preferences.
- Responsive layouts without horizontal scrolling at common viewport sizes.
- No video, autoplaying audio, flashing content, forms or motion that is essential to understand the content.
3. App accessibility measures
- Localized reading direction for Hebrew, Arabic, English, Russian, French and Spanish.
- Dynamic Type and Larger Text support while preserving scrolling and access to actions.
- Dark Mode and clear contrast among text, backgrounds and controls.
- Meaningful labels, hints, headings and states for VoiceOver on buttons and key study flows.
- Optional question Read Aloud using iOS speech services.
- Reduced Motion support without requiring animation to complete an action.
- Operational messages communicated with clear text and not only with color, sound, haptics or an icon.
4. Testing and evaluation
The site is checked with automated structural tests, link validation, responsive layouts, contrast review and basic keyboard navigation. The app is evaluated during development on iPhone and iPad, including Larger Text, Dark Mode, Reduced Motion and accessibility labels on key screens.
Technical testing cannot guarantee that every person will have the same experience. User feedback is an important part of continued improvement.
5. Known limitations
Ad interfaces and content supplied by external providers may not be fully under our control and may behave differently with assistive technologies. Different versions of iOS, VoiceOver settings, text size and device characteristics may also affect the layout.
Some question images currently have only a general description that may not convey every visual detail needed to answer the question. Until descriptions are expanded, some image-based questions may not be fully independent with VoiceOver. For this reason, the App Store accessibility declaration does not currently claim full VoiceOver or Voice Control support.
If you encounter unreadable content, an inaccessible action, an incorrect focus order or another barrier, contact us and we will try to provide support or an accessible alternative.
6. Accessibility contact
Accessibility requests are handled directly through the support email address. Include “Accessibility” in the subject and describe the device, iOS version, screen or page address, action you attempted and the barrier you encountered. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed.
